These T&C apply when accessing our websites, applications, and services, including but not limited to SOL TV, SOL Shopping Network, SOL Art NFTs, SOL Publishing, and AI-powered services such as ATLAS GPT, ATLAS Vision, voice interaction features, wearable integrations, and related technologies (collectively, the "Services"). By using our Services, you agree to these T&C.

Article 2 - Eligibility

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction or have appropriate consent to use the Services.

Article 3 - Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) Use Services for unlawful purposes; (b) Violate intellectual property rights; (c) Distribute harmful software; (d) Interfere with system security.

Article 5 - Subscriptions and Payments

Pricing is disclosed before purchase. Payments may be processed by third parties (Apple, Google, Stripe). Subscriptions may auto-renew. Refunds follow platform policies.

Article 6 - AI Services (ATLAS Platform)

We provide AI-powered services including ATLAS GPT (chat), ATLAS Vision (camera analysis), voice interaction, and wearable integrations. AI outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete, are not professional advice, and should not be relied on for critical decisions.

Article 7 - Vision and Camera Use

You agree to comply with all recording and privacy laws and not to use features in unlawful or invasive ways.

Article 8 - Wearable Devices

You are responsible for safe use, must comply with applicable laws, and we are not liable for misuse.

Article 9 - Prohibited AI Uses

You may not use AI for harmful or illegal activity, harassment or impersonation, surveillance without consent, or generating unlawful content.

Article 10 - Content Moderation

We may remove content that violates policies.

Article 11 - Warranties

Services are provided "as is" without warranties.

Article 12 - Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Article 13 - Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its officers and affiliates.

Article 14 - Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time.

Article 15 - Governing Law

These T&C are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.
